A quick shufty around, nothing radical, unfortunately.
A few butterflies in the garden. Getting it, while they can.

Still a few at druridge, chancing there arm on ipin's rad, with the glossy ibis, still there, making the journey worth it for some.

But the diver below was a plus point for me. It appeared to have a dodgy leg and the wind direction was driving it towards the hide.

On the way home i called into Newbiggin to catch the med gulls, one even had the birding equivalent of the Pandora's bracelet.
Early indications are that it is french.
last but not least clarting, because it was to dark for a good pic of the godwits at Blyth

That med is the same as the one I sent in 716, they are good at replying not like some of the schemes.

Lucky you to still see butterflies there. I'm afraid I won't see any thing like that here again until next summer. Chance of snow here tomorrow so you can imagine how cold it's gotten. Nice pictures.
